Panduan Seting WebDokumen

Integrasi dengan layanan online LibreOffice memungkinkan untuk menyebarkan IceWarp WebDokumen dengan beberapa
cara, tapi kami sarankan untuk menjalankannya pada server terpisah atau setidaknya dalam mesin virtual terpisah.

Dengan metode ini, Anda akan berjalan WebDokumen pada mesin virtual dikonfigurasikan oleh kami. Jika Anda lebih memilih untuk menjalankan WebDokumen pada Virtual Machine sendiri, periksa juga pilihan repositori APT (VM dengan Debian8 diperlukan).

Metode ini adalah cara termudah bagi Anda untuk membuat WebDocuments pada Windows. Dengan metode ini, Anda akan menjalankan WebDocuments pada mesin virtual yang telah dikonfigurasikan oleh Icewarp. Jika Anda memilih untuk menjalankan WebDocuments di Virtual Machine Anda sendiri, periksa juga pilihan repositori APT (VM dengan Debian8 diperlukan).

Metode ini adalah cara termudah buat anda untuk membuat WebDocuments pada Debian 8 64bit.
Anda dapat memiliki server virtual untuk WebDocuments atau menjalankan WebDocuments di server yang sama dengan IceWarp.

  • Unduh image zip dan ekstrak file tersebut (VM tidak akan melakukan ekstrak folder)

  • Buka klien vSphere (atau manajer lain seperti Workstation) dan gunakan Template OVF
  • Buka template OVF file dan tekan 'next'
  • Tinjau kembali detailnya, lanjut klik 'next'
  • Isi nama untuk VM (nilai defaultnya saja), lanjut klik 'next'
  • Pilih datastore dan tipe disk - kami merekomendasikan pengaturan standar (malas memusatkan perhatian). Perasaan takjub akan menghasilkan impor lebih lambat.

Tidak perlu mengubah apapun pada gambar jika menggunakan DHCP. Cukup konfigurasikan server DHCP Anda untuk menetapkan alamat IP yang sama setiap saat (reservasi IP menurut MAC)

Mulai jalankan Virtual Mesin

Power on (jika belum dilakukan saat mengimpor) Mesin Virtual dengan memilih Start dari menu VM Power atau dasbornya.

Configure IceWarp server

  • Obtain IP address assigned to installed machine. It should be visible on terminal (or SSH login screen) under the IceWarp logo. Open IceWarp Administration Console and insert IP address of iwds host into "WebDocuments server connection" input located at GroupWare -> WebClient -> WebDocuments tab
  • Enable "WebDocuments Service"
  • Check that the configuration is correct by clicking "Test Connection" button (image iwdoc-iwserver-setup.jpg). "Test Connection" check will also configure iwds service for interoperation with IceWarp Server.
  • Save configuration changes by clicking on Apply button

Review TeamChat URL settings located at System -> Smartdiscover tab. URL must be reachable from iwds host. Also, IceWarp Server must be able to send out tcp packets to destination ports 8081, 80 or 443 on iwds host.

  • Unduh arsip zip gambar dan ekstrak (VM akan berjalan di folder yang diekstrak!)
  • Buka Pengelolaan Hyper-V (ada di Administrative Tools atau Server Manager)

Jalankan Virtual machine

Mengimpor akan menambahkan mesin virtual baru ke daftar list virtual mesin. Anda bisa memulainya dengan klik kanan atau klik kiri item "Start" di panel Actions. Proses berjalan akan tampil pada kolom status di Hyper-V Manager.

Double-klik mesin dalam daftar akan membuka konsol VNC, boot VM akan menampilkan logo IceWarp bersama dengan IP mesin.

Update apt database on your machine


It is required to have added system locale en_US.UTF-8, to add en_US.UTF-8 execute dpkg-reconfigure locales

Install icewarp-webdocuments package

apt-get install icewarp-webdocuments

This package will install all necessary dependencies, so after approximately twenty minutes you will have configured and running backend for your web documents. The last line of script output is actual IP address of iwds host which is needed in next step, you can however obtain IP address in any common way.

Configure IceWarp server

  • Obtain IP address assigned to installed machine. It should be visible on terminal (or SSH login screen) under the IceWarp logo. Open IceWarp Administration Console and insert IP address of iwds host into "WebDocuments server connection" input located at GroupWare -> WebClient -> WebDocuments tab
  • Enable "WebDocuments Service"
  • Check that the configuration is correct by clicking "Test Connection" button (image iwdoc-iwserver-setup.jpg). "Test Connection" check will also configure iwds service for interoperation with IceWarp Server.
  • Save configuration changes by clicking on Apply button

Install IW + WebDoc on the same Debian server

1. Check if your Debian is able to install 'contrib' and 'non-free'packages:.
- you should find this line in /etc/apt/sources.list file

6. Stop all icewarp services (at least control during installation)
./icewarpd.sh --stop
7. Add 2nd interface with IP for nginx to your current network interface:
add following to /etc/network/interfaces (replace IP and netmask if needed)

  netmask 255.255.255.0
to activate new interface run with sudo in terminal
ifup eth0:1
8. Install webdocuments
apt-get install icewarp-webdocuments

9. Edit configuration file for nginx to run on added IP (comment IPV6 in case you use it for another service)

...replace 192.168.1.1 with your IP
13. Start IW services
./icewarpd.sh --start
14. Configure IceWarp server
  • URL must be reachable from iwds host – proper A DNS record or record in /etc/hosts is nescessary.
  • IceWarp Server must be able to send out tcp packets to destination ports 8081, 80 or 443 on iwds host.
  • Open IceWarp Administration Console and insert IP address of iwds host (10.10.1.1 in our example) into "WebDocuments server connection" input located at GroupWare -> WebClient -> WebDocuments tab
  • Enable "WebDocuments Service"
  • Check that the configuration is correct by clicking "Test Connection" button. "Test Connection" check will also configure iwds service for interoperation with IceWarp Server.
  • Save configuration changes by clicking on Apply button
